The average playing time is 20 minutes. The game is a suitable aid for practising English. Board games are a great way to teach children the values of patience, concentration, winning and losing with grace, and how to play with others. For younger children, it also develops movement around the playing surface, hand-eye coordination and dexterity. How to play: the player who last petted a dog goes first. Roll the die and move your dog character piece the number of spaces shown. If you land on a dog paw, pick up a card. The card will ask you to either test your knowledge of dogs or perform something dog-related – such as barking like a happy dog or chasing your tail like a puppy! Complete the action and you can move your piece the number of spaces indicated on the card. If you can't, no problem, the game simply continues with the next player in turn. The first person to reach the finish wins the game!
