Snap! is a simple game that tests your children's reflexes. The playing cards are decorated with simple, easily recognisable illustrations with bold colours, making the game accessible to very young children. The first player, usually the youngest, turns over the top card from their pile and places it in the middle of the table, and the next player does the same in turn. The moment two consecutive cards of the same colour (motif) appear among the cards laid out, they go to the first person to say "snap" out loud and place their hand on them. The player turns the collected cards face down, places them at the bottom of their pile and starts a new round of the game by laying out the top card. Players who lose their cards are gradually eliminated from the game, and the winner is the one who eventually collects all the cards from the others.
